The Serene Microfinance Company intends to reach poor families in Tanzania with microloans in the next five years. Its operations will start in many parties of Dar es Salaam City and nearby Regions and later with different branches all over Tanzania Regions. Achieving this goal, Seren Microfinance will expand its business by becoming a Bank where will serve as a bank in Dar es Salaam.The Microfinance strives to ensure that, the granting of credit accommodation is always based on sound and professional credit assessment of customers. This policy puts in place a governance process to be consistently followed in granting of loans, all employees involved in borrowers on-boarding, credit processing and documentations, sanctioning, monitoring and collections are obliged to comply with the requirements of this Policy. SERENE MICROFINANCE REGISTERED IN 2017 as a company Limited and it received BOT License since 15 March, 2021.
